Terms of Service

These terms apply to Maya Book (mayabook.in), a booking app for mehendi artists run by Inforns IT Solutions, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Maya Book.

1. Who can use Maya Book

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Indian law. If you use Maya Book for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for that business.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure – anything done from your account is your responsibility. You may add team members; you are responsible for what they do in your account. Please give true details in your profile.

3. Free period and plans

Maya Book is free for everyone until 31 January 2027.
After that, a paid plan is needed to keep using the app. Until a plan is taken, the account is locked but your data is kept safe.
Prices are shown on the plans page and on our About page, in Indian Rupees.
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your data and your clients

Your bookings, clients and business records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you. You are responsible for having your clients’ permission to keep their details and to contact them, including on WhatsApp.

5. Artist network

If your profile is complete and you join the artist network, other artists can see your name, business name, city and styles. Your mobile number is shared only with artists you connect with. Jobs shared between artists are an arrangement between those artists; Maya Book is not a party to them and is not responsible for payment or work quality between artists.

6. Booking page, reviews and payments from your clients

Your booking page and client forms show your business details to anyone with the link. Money your clients pay you (for example by UPI) goes directly to you; Maya Book does not collect, hold or refund it. Reviews are written by your clients; you can hide a review from your page.

7. Fair use

Do not use Maya Book to break the law, to send spam, to upload content that is offensive or that you do not have the right to use, to copy or resell the app, or to try to access other people’s accounts or data. We may pause or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Support access

To give support, prevent misuse and keep the service safe, authorised Maya Book staff can view account details. We do this only when needed and handle the data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service availability

We work to keep Maya Book running and your data backed up, but the app is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Please download a backup from the app from time to time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings, income or data caused by downtime, errors or misuse of your account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Maya Book in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings → Delete account, or by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where possible.

12. Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Maya Book after a change means you accept it.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Grievance contact

For complaints or grievances, write to infornsitsolutions@gmail.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
